Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Hamilton area. In this full-time, on-site role, you will promote Jannatec’s suite of safety and communication products, focusing on two-way radios, MOTOTRBO systems, body-worn cameras, and integrated video solutions. You will work closely with new and existing clients, leveraging your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive business growth and provide exceptional service. Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical presentations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective technical solutions and post-sale support Provide insights from client feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives Develop and deliver training materials, user documentation, and support content Travel locally as required to meet with clients and attend site visits College diploma or university degree in a relevant field Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales, sales engineering, or pre-sales design Strong technical knowledge of Motorola communication systems (MOTOTRBO, two-way radios, etc.) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Valid Canadian driver’s license and reliable vehicle Bilingualism (English / French) is considered an asset Be part of a well-established and respected Canadian tech company Opportunities for growth, development, and industry training
