Position : Development Coordinator for Canadian Property Developer
Type : Permanent, Full-time

The Company and The Role
This exciting new role is with our client, one of Canada's fastest growing real estate development companies in Guelph. They pride themselves on delivering new residential, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use developments. As a Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the Development team with planning for specific use of land and property development for residential, industrial, hotel, and retail projects. You will take ownership of all regulatory duties such as re-zoning, development permits, site plans, and building permits. Research zoning ordinances, construction regulations and environmental restrictions. Assist in coordinating the work of architects, engineers, construction companies, and property managers. Finally, you must have a valid driver’s license to visit site offices on a regular basis
What makes you a fit :
- An understanding of real estate valuation and finance.
- Previous exposure to the analysis, acquisition, entitlement, development and marketing of residential land.
- Two (2) years minimum experience in the residential real estate industry, multi-family residential and mixed-use projects
