We are currently looking for an After Sales Operations Analyst (12 month contract) at our Corporate Officers in Ajax, ON

Improving business performance and customer satisfaction begins with the discovering opportunities and development of actionable insights through in-depth analysis of key indicators, both internal and external.
This analyst enables the discovery of these key data driven insights and the creation of actions through the development and maintenance of a wide array of reports and presentations covering all aspects of parts & accessories and service loyalty business results, forecasting, Dealer engagement and performance, program performance and the customer experience.

The analyst also plays a key role with both development and execution of activities through collaboration with and in support of After Sales management, internal and field team members and key contributors across the company.
Sharing results and telling the story of our business successes and challenges is achieved through the effective translation of data into compelling presentation materials which this analyst coordinates and prepares for variety of meetings and web conferences for the After Sales & Customer Experience team.

This is a hybrid flex model, based out of Ajax, ON.

Qualifications:

Business Reporting:

  • Provides Parts, Service & Customer Experience Operations Business Intelligence daily/ weekly / monthly / annual reporting
  • Supports establishment of monthly revenue forecasts as well as progress tracking, daily & weekly tracking and outlook updates.
  • Provides support and data validation to ongoing business planning processes.
  • Provides centralized coordination of Business Intelligence and KPI monitoring.
  • Scorecard creation, maintenance, communication, and interpretation
  • VCGA, North American Region (NAR) and AUDI AG reporting support
  • Supports development, coordination and delivery of departmental presentation materials both Internal and external Customer Satisfaction reporting
  • Service Retention and Loyalty Products performance and reporting
  • Key contributor to data team for reporting of Audi Brand business reports to Audi and VGCA Executives
  • Develops process to efficiently connect data sources related to customer satisfaction, vehicle quality, parts supply to better understand impacts related to the customer experience
  • Assesses performance across a range of platforms, systems and online or offline processes throughout the customer journey

Business Support:

  • Measures Dealer engagement, program utilization and program performance in aid to maximizing effectiveness for a variety of support measures.
  • Develops performance measurements to aid field teams in steering the dealer network to necessary benchmark levels
  • Support to assess and coordinate arrival of accessories for installation on pre-configured new vehicles at port of Dealer.
  • Support understanding of sales and inventory levels in aid of planning, programs, and performance measures.
  • Measures Dealer engagement, program utilization and program performance in aid to maximizing effectiveness for variety of support measures.
  • Provide insight on current performance, suggest areas for improvement.

Parts, Service and Customer Experience & Proposal Support:

  • Provides analytics on past program effectiveness in support of new proposals
  • Assess inventory and dealer and warehouse levels against expected sales in support of planning and executing efficient booking programs.
  • Provide insights across the spectrum of After Sales activities to generate recommendations to management consideration
  • Assist in development of Customer Support programs
  • Supports Dealers communications of programs and key meeting materials,

Miscellaneous:

  • Supports various purchasing processes for the department
  • Supports various program and bonus payment processes based on analysis of results
  • Continuously improves reporting and program processes in the spirit of ease of doing business
  • Provides analysis of CADA Dealer Satisfaction Index toward development and tracking of keys actions in response to results
  • Key liaison in monitoring “Voice of Dealer” actions across Business Units and in preparation of related Council and Sub-Committee meetings
  • Supports Strategic Project leaders in understanding data, needs, engagement and performance

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance preferred and/or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Auto industry experience
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented team player who is eager to learn, challenge and grow
  • Data-Driven with strong desire and ability to turn figures into actions.
  • True collaborator intent on being a great business partner
  • Seamlessly shifts between team and independent working environments
  • Ability to productively engage the audience with written and spoken communications
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Process oriented
  • Organized and proven ability to manage time and balance competing priorities.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Project

Asset:

  • 2+ years of Industry experience/ Experience in Digital Advertising and Marketing
  • Experience with SAP Software
  • Bilingual English/French
