JOB DESCRIPTION : Shipping / Receiving

Receive and log inventory into the warehouse management system
Ensure all orders are accurately packed and shipped daily
Perform routine inventory checks to maintain accuracy
Monitor and maintain safety stock levels for all items

Order Processing

Accurately input customer orders into the order management system

Pick, pack, and label shipments according to customer requirements

Liaison between the US and Canadian sales teams

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk

Process returns, exchanges, and refunds through Shopify

QUALIFICATIONS :

Experience with warehouse operations, E-Commerce, Retail Vendor Operations portals (Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Distributors) preferred

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
