Job Overview : GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Driller / Rig Manager – Service Rig to join our valued client’s operations in the Lloydminster area. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to safe, efficient service rig operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all service rig operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Operate and supervise service rig activities including co-rod operations
- Ensure proper use, testing, and maintenance of BOP equipment
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate crew members to maintain high performance and safety standards
- Complete daily reports, job documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
