About the Company— KTI Utility Services is thrilled to announce a significant project in the Kelowna and Lower Mainland areas and is seeking self-starting individuals to join the supervisory team! If you consider yourself an independent worker with a great attitude and supervisory experience, then this job is for you! This position leads a team of technicians to reach the project's target goals.
About the Role : The Project Supervisor will manage a team, ensure the quality of installations, fix problem accounts, and assist in the field.
Responsibilities
- In the field, supporting installers as needed and overseeing installations
- Manage quality and warranty issues
- Develop corrective measures to address quality issues around workmanship
- Manage a team of up to 12 technicians to assist in corrective measures
- Work with the project PM & Superintendent for any necessary duties
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager
- Safety audits on installers
- QA audits on installations
- Training new installers in the field and classroom
Qualifications - Education details
Required Skills
Pay range and compensation package - Full-time employment, with EI and CPP deductions. Salary : $85,000-$95,000. Retention Bonus. Location : Kelowna or Lower Mainland. Contract Length : 40 Months. Vehicles will be provided. Company Benefits Program after 3 months. Opportunities for advancement within KTI and the potential for paid travel to work on projects across Canada.
