  • Full time hours
  • Responsibilities :

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits for training and coaching purposes within the regions.
  • Conduct weekly Zoom meetings with the team to discuss successes and introduce new initiatives.
  • Direct the team's focus towards Gas-Store Features that enhance consumer interest and drive product acquisition and activation.
  • Lead the logistics of transporting, setting up, and dismantling program materials.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Work under the guidance of senior leadership to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team.
  • Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels.
  • Keys to Success :

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience and 1 year of leadership experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to be able to travel across Hamilton, Waterloo and Niagara regions as needed to various store locations and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Available throughout the week, with a primary focus on Thursday through Sunday.

  • Responsabilités :

  • Diriger, motiver et encadrer l'équipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Effectuer des visites régulières sur site à des fins de formation et de coaching dans la région.
  • Organiser des réunions hebdomadaires sur Zoom avec l'équipe pour discuter des succès et introduire de nouvelles initiatives.
  • Orienter l'équipe vers les caractéristiques des stations-service Canadian tire qui augmentent l'intérêt des consommateurs et stimulent l'acquisition et l'activation des produits financiers.
  • Diriger la logistique du transport, de l'installation et du démontage des matériaux du programme.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour étendre notre base de clients et notre présence sur le marché.
  • Travailler sous la direction de la haute direction pour optimiser stratégiquement les résultats, conduisant à une rentabilité directe élevée dans la région.
  • Analyser régulièrement les données de performance des ventes pour fournir des informations sur les tendances et suivre les indicateurs de performance individuels et d'équipe.
  • Participer au processus de recrutement de nouveaux représentants des ventes sur le terrain et faciliter leur intégration et leur formation dans l'équipe.
  • Compétences recherchées :

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en vente et 1 an d'expérience en leadership dans la vente sur le terrain, avec un historique prouvé de réalisation ou de dépassement des objectifs de vente.
  • Capacité à prioriser efficacement, à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets avec des délais serrés et à travailler de manière autonome avec une supervision minimale.
  • Compétences en communication et en collaboration efficaces, avec la capacité de travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de direction pour identifier des solutions stratégiques.
  • Compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe solides.
