Randstad is seeking two Operations Officers to join a leading Financial Institution in Montreal. This 12-month contract position offers the possibility of extension and conversion to permanent employment. You will be supporting callers (employees / government / merchants) by managing calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and collaborating with team members. This role is primarily phone-based with 100% of the work involving telephone interactions.

Position : Customer Service Representative

Shift : 30-hour, 5-day work week, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm (rotational shift schedule).

Salary : $26 / hour

Location : Montreal (in-office 2 days a week : Wednesday and Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound calls from internal and external partners.
• Addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
• Resolving complaints with composure.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent caller experience.
• Meeting performance targets, including call handling time and caller satisfaction.
• Staying updated on product knowledge and procedures.
• Confirming requests accurately.
• Meeting SLAs.
