This is a contract remote role for an Office Manager at Lakeside Architecture Inc. The Office Manager will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance including posting invoices to Trello, light bookkeeping, providing exceptional customer service, and office administration duties.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Proficiency in operating office equipment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
