The Assistant Manager / Operator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

Provide administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing email and correspondence, and preparing reports.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with the development and implementation of new projects.

Track and manage budgets.

Provide customer service to clients and vendors.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
