The Position
The Marketing and Office Coordinator is a key role that blends marketing, social media, project coordination, and administrative support—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Content Creatio n
- Manage their social media presence, including Facebook and Instagram, with the potential to expand onto other platforms.
- Create engaging content, from eye-catching posts to short-form videos and promotional materials.
- Support the design of marketing collateral using Canva or similar tools.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect their brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table, whether it’s a new AI tool for content creation or a creative marketing tactic. Website Management
- Keep their website content fresh and up to date.
- Handle minor edits internally and coordinate with developers for larger updates.
