Notre client est une organisation dynamique et en pleine croissance qui valorise l’efficacité, le professionnalisme et le travail collaboratif. Il recherche un(e) Gestionnaire de bureau hautement organisé(e) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir son équipe de direction tout en supervisant les opérations administratives et la planification d’événements.
À propos de l’opportunité
Ce poste combine les responsabilités d’un(e) Adjoint(e) exécutif(ve), Gestionnaire administratif(ve) et Coordonnateur(trice) d’événements . Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion efficace du bureau, le soutien aux cadres et l’organisation d’événements corporatifs. Si vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et multitâche, ce poste est fait pour vous !
Ce que nous offrons
- Le poste est hybride , avec une présence minimale d’ une journée par semaine au bureau .
En moyenne 15 heures par semaine réparties sur 2 à 3 jours .
Salaire compétitif et avantages Qualifications
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de bureau, assistance exécutive ou organisation d’événements
Bilinguisme parfait (français & anglais) – oral et écrit
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, communicationnelles et en résolution de problems
Expérience en coordination d’événements corporatifs et en gestion administrative
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et autres outils administratifs
