We are seeking a motivated and talented Team Member to be the friendly face of our food service operation. Hospitality & Guest Service

  • Provide a positive first impression with a clean uniform and inviting environment
  • Ensure coffee and products are always fresh and accurate following our Always Fresh procedure
  • Maintain an appealing showcase with the right product variety and quantity
  • Enhance guest experience through friendly attitude, eye contact, and gratitude
  • Accurately prepare and finish products to meet quality standards
  • Work quickly and efficiently to meet guest needs and speed of service targets
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally with service recovery

Restaurant Operations

  • Follow all preparation and equipment operation standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering as needed
  • Prepare products minimizing waste and record production details
  • Support front counter staff by assisting with guest service when necessary
  • Regularly check and log temperatures of products and storage units
  • Ensure proper food safety labeling and communication with management

Health & Safety

❖ Works in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation

❖ Knows, understands and follows safe work practices and procedures

❖ Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required

❖ Reports all injuries/illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and any contravention of health and safety legislation, policies and procedures to the Restaurant Manager

❖ Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone

Pay : From CA $15.60 per hour.

The company was founded in 1964 in Hamilton, Ontario, by Canadian hockey players Tim Horton and Jim Charade, after an initial venture in hamburger restaurants. In 1967, Horton partnered with investor Ron Joyce, who assumed control over operations after Horton died in 1974. Joyce expanded the chain into a multi-billion dollar franchise. Charade left the organization in 1966 and briefly returned in 1970 and 1993 through 1996.
