JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a professional and personable SMM-specialist to join our team. The SMM-specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support overall marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. The SMM-specialist will be expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:
• Create, execute, and refine a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. • Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). • Develop and implement crisis response strategies to address negative feedback or public relations issues promptly. • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand on the cutting edge. • Prepare detailed reports on social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align messaging and promotions across all channels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). • Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Ability to write and edit compelling, on-brand content for various social media platforms. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with followers and internal teams. • Proven track record of growing social media presence, engagement, and community management. • Experience with paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
