Job descriptionIdentify and onboard new practitioners and wholesalers, showcasing the value of our products for their businesses. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing practitioners and wholesalers through regular communication and support. Collaborate with partners to understand their needs and provide customized solutions that drive mutual growth. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales agreements with new partners. Provide necessary training materials and resources, such as webinars or product demos, to ensure seamless onboarding for new practitioners and wholesalers. Maintain consistent communication with existing partners to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and foster loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for all practitioner and wholesaler inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Track daily progress, document sales activities, and maintain records in CRM systems. Provide insights into market trends and partner feedback to inform business strategies. Proven experience in business development, preferably in the wellness or health industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to craft compelling pitches that reflect the company’s brand voice. Experience working with practitioners or wholesalers is a strong asset. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Knowledge of the health and wellness industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred). Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends, as needed. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation preferred. Physical ability to stand, walk, or drive for extended periods. Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Business development specialist to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. This full-time, on-site role focuses on acquiring new practitioners and wholesalers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales, and managing sales training programs.
