We are looking for an experienced Nursing leader for a seniors long-term care home nestled in the beautiful (affordable) West Kootenay Region of BC.

A health care professional who is innovative, flexible, and business-minded, with a strong background in a comparable role.

Imagine yourself at the helm of a warm, community-focused care home located in a region renowned for its stunning natural beauty think majestic mountains, tranquil lakes, and lush forests. Your role will involve overall responsibility and authority for the day-to-day operations of a small long-term care home including resident care, programs, services, environmental, building maintenance, and fiscal performance.
