This role sits within Laurentian Bank.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Experience, the incumbent supports the different business centres and the managing of Small Business clients and requests.
He / she supports the team by preparing ancillary documentation for the business development team, file compliance and follow ups. The incumbent may also be assigned to special projects related to compliance, customer service, or certain programs specific to commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently answer calls received at the Commercial Banking Centre and provide courteous, high-quality service
- Follow-up and handle documents related to the opening of commercial clients' transactional products
- Provide clients with information on documentation or file progress and offer first-level support with regard to the Bank's products and services
- Prepare ancillary documentation for account managers or clients, send required forms and documents and ensure follow-up
- Help the business development team by performing any administrative tasks
- Work with account managers to resolve administrative or operational issues
- Properly complete, update and archive all reports necessary for the required controls
- Perform all tasks of a similar or general nature requested by his / her superior or required for the position
