This role presents an exciting opportunity to embark on a career with a reputable and expanding company.Job Description : Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide.Research and identify the specific equipment or specialists required for each request and coordinate operations accordingly.Provide courteous and informative customer support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities.Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any significant client issues, such as delays or delivery difficulties.Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and promptly address any concerns.Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation.Availability to work on-call rotations as required. Required Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent experience.Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or call centre environments.Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in French is preferred.If you have experience in retail, facilities management, or construction, it would be considered advantageous for this role.
