We are hiring a reliable, self-sufficient laundromat attendant to work primarily weekend daytime hours .

This position requires someone who can work independently, follow procedures exactly, and take ownership of the shift.

Laundromat, Dry Cleaning & Full Laundry Service Attendant

Schedule

Weekend daytime availability is REQUIRED

Must be available to cover weekday shifts with prior notice when needed

Responsibilities

Operate and manage the laundromat during shifts while working alone

Must be able to manage the shift without direct supervision

Assist self-service customers with machines and basic questions

Process Wash, Dry & Fold orders according to set procedures

Handle dry cleaning drop-off and pickup following strict procedures

Perform routine cleaning and maintain a clean, organized facility

Complete daily cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary laundromat

Troubleshoot common machine or customer issues on the spot

Use computer systems for order tracking, payments, and customer records

Requirements

Very self-sufficient and comfortable working alone

Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment

Computer literate and able to learn systems quickly

Able to follow written procedures exactly

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Professional and customer-service focused

This position requires initiative and accountability and is best suited for someone who does not require ongoing supervision or instructions and can work primarily on their own.
