We are currently recruiting for an Instructional Designer to join our client in their OCM group. This hybrid role will require you in the office 3 days per week, with two days working remotely.
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining e-learning, ILT, and learning
support content for the Dayforce HCM System implementation.
Reporting to the Training Manager - OCM, this role will require expertise in instructional design theories and application, workplace learning & development methodologies, and
building e-learning content. This role may require travel to locations in Canada and the USA. That said, virtual meetings for those sites outside of Toronto is a possibility as well.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement role specific e-learning content for the Dayforce HCM system
- Collaborate with the OCM team to align with people readiness evaluations
- Consult with functional leads and subject matter experts to design content that meets project and end-user needs
- Edit, update, and maintain existing library of job aids, reference guides, and support documentation
- Collaborate with OCM Training Team and Group PMO teams to develop instructor-led training program
- Act as back-up for Training Delivery by assisting with scheduling and facilitating training sessions where necessary
