Monarch HouseGuildford or Panorama, BC, CAReporting to the Clinic Manager, the Trainer will ensure effective delivery and evaluation of initial training programs (3 month probationary period), through the provision of direct training of Behaviour Interventionists (BIs) across multiple locations in a region as required. The role contributes to the success of Monarch House increasing effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring training programs meets business standards and quality of services provided meet Monarch House standards. The Trainer will be responsible for carrying a client caseload and / or float shifts. The caseload volume / float shifts will be determined by the manager based on the needs of the business and will fluctuate from time to time. Travel across clinics will be required. Location : Guildford or Panorama (Possible travel to Langley and / Abbotsford may be required from time to time) Work setup : part-time T ake an inside look at what you will do each day : F acilitate structured, hands-on learning experiences related to enhanced implementation skills for assigned clinic(s) Ensure the onboarding and training package, including all materials for new and current staff are current and in compliance with MH standards and branding Coordinate monthly training schedule for assigned clinic(s) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all MH training programs and procedures, and participate in any professional development opportunities scheduled by the CPL (Clinic Practice Lead) team Work closely with Regional Leaders and CPLs and measure effectiveness of hands-on training Track training metrics and report to Regional Directors and CPLs Responsible to ensure competency evaluations of all frontline staff occur on critical skills prior to the end of the probationary period Track attendance, successful completion, and other employee training information through sign-in tracking and process Here is what you will need to be successful : Minimum one year’s experience implementing programming for children with ASD Bachelor’s degree in related field (behavior, communication, or rehabilitation science, or psychology), minimum one year implementation of programming for children with ASD, and experience training new employees, using competency assessments, and providing feedback Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability in delivering feedback Strong problem solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders What Monarch House can offer to you We are proud of our friendly environment, supportive leadership and the knowledgeable team members who make it all possible.
