Our team in Edmonton North is currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to become an integral part of the team.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct calls and emails for the Commercial Sales department, ensuring timely responses and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Manage incoming opportunities / requests for quote and ensure they are assigned to estimators.
- Communicate internally with estimators and other team members to evenly distribute workload and ensure quote delivery within necessary deadlines.
- Keep customers informed about delivery dates and potential delays, maintaining active communication to manage expectations effectively.
- Maintain an open project log, understanding the queue, and promptly alerting the team about any backlogs.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and providing solutions for non-technical questions.
- Assist Senior Management by maintaining organized sales records and reports.
- Attend relevant product training sessions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial department's products and services.
- Conduct initial investigations into customer complaints under the guidance of the Regional Manager.
- Perform any other relevant or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
