Documents appropriately within the Electronic Medical Record and other avenues of documentation as required
Facilitates continuity of care by working in collaboration with professional health care teams, including specialists
Consultation with physician in accordance with the standards for physician consultation
Maintains accurate, concise and confidential documentation
Advocates for patients, families and caregivers when required
What you must have :
College of Nurses of BC registration in the Extended Class (NP-Adult or Family Med) required
Current certificate of competence as a Nurse Practitioner in BC
Minimium of 7-10 Years experience
Current BCLS certification
Provides leadership in the application of nursing knowledge to nursing team within the practice
Baccalaureate in Nursing (BScN) required
Masters Degree in Nursing (MScN or MN) required
Member of RNAO with professional liability insurance required
Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (will provide proof
