The CPO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in all areas of people and culture, including talent management, organizational design, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, and equity and inclusion. This senior leadership position requires a candidate with a proven track record in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, and a passion for the company's mission. The successful candidate will be a trusted strategic advisor, shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and resilient organization that is in line with the company's values and aspirations. Applicants for the CPO role at the company should have a background in human resources, with a focus on people strategies and systems. The position demands a leader with a combination of strategic vision, operational acumen, pragmatism, and emotional intelligence. The CPO will work closely with the CEO and the entire leadership team to make a positive impact across the organization's team members and volunteers.
