Your Role as a Senior Civil Technologist:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Senior Civil Technologist your role will include:

  • Preparing civil design drawings for projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation for roads, sanitary and storm sewers, watermains, and active transportation infrastructure to create innovative and integrated streetscapes.
  • Assisting engineers, project managers, and technologists with project execution during all project phases.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Conducting site visits and performing inspections for local construction projects.
  • Demonstrating organizational, administrative, observational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Preparing tenders, construction drawings, and various documents and reports for infrastructure renewal projects.
