The Salesforce Application Architect is responsible for overseeing enhancements to the Salesforce CRM throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This role involves collaborating with users and leadership to gather requirements and design solutions that drive continuous improvement of the CRM platform. Additionally, the architect manages solution documentation, conducts testing, and ensures sustainment activities so that all project deliverables meet expectations. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Commercial CRM and is part of the Global Commercial Operations and Enablement Team and will be fully remote.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Lead requirement gathering, business analysis, and process reengineering sessions
• Map functional requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud solutions
• Build and maintain technical solutions and documentation
• Advise business on CRM strategy roadmap, balancing long-term strategy with quick wins

The annual salary range $125k‑$140k CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.
