Role:

Manage projects from A to Z: estimating, execution, and delivery.
Manage clients, contracts, budgets, costs, and schedules.
Collaborate with superintendents on procurement and manpower requirements.
Oversee CWB certification and audits.

Skills and qualifications :

Ideal Profile

Autonomous, organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented professional with strong leadership skills. Able to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and build strong client relationships.

Skills:

7+ years of experience in millwright / industrial mechanics.
Experience in project management and team supervision.
Ability to read mechanical and layout drawings.
Experience with industrial equipment installation.
Contract management and cost control experience.
Functional French and English.
Class 5 driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
