About the Position

ADM is looking for millwrights for the maintenance department at its Windsor crush and oil refinery facility. This position requires the millwright to perform various tasks related to the maintenance activities in a manufacturing facility. The successful candidate must have a good mechanical background and be able to provide support for preventative and failure-based maintenance. This position is under the supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent and / or Maintenance Lead Hand.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working within established safety standards and practices
• Troubleshooting mechanical failures
• Repairing, rebuilding and maintaining equipment
• Demonstrating a strong team member attitude while being able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Recommending changes, modifications or upgrades of equipment to improve machine reliability and performance
• Reading equipment drawings and documentation
• Documenting work and modifications to equipment
• Communicating well both in writing and verbally
