Wage : $20-$22 per hour
Hours : 20 hours per week
Schedule : Monday through Friday between 8 : 00am and 5 : 00pm
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our Senior Account Manager by managing essential administrative tasks, with a strong focus on data management using Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices while managing accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely entry of invoices, following up on missing documentation.
- Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and perform VLOOKUPs and pivot tables for various projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve billing and administrative issues.
- Engage in daily communication with team members and clients via emails, phone calls, and conference calls.
