Job Highlights

Our Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving operational excellence and profitability. This role is a key backup to the Store Manager, supporting daily operations and leading / coaching teammates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales, profitability, and key objectives
- Recruit, hire, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Analyze sales trends and make strategic decisions
- Manage payroll and schedules
- Oversee merchandising and maintain brand standards
- Monitor loss prevention and store audits
- Support areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations
