Job descriptionMaintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records. Verify insurance information and assist with billing-related administrative tasks. Process patient payments and provide receipts as needed. Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Work closely with medical staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Assist with general office duties, including faxing, scanning, and filing documents. Experience : Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar healthcare administrative role is preferred but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate! Strong Communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service. Multitasking & Organization : Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team Player : A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Interaction & Front Desk Operations
- Warmly greet patients and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about services.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
