Hourly pay range $27-29 / hour

Shift : 8AM - 4 : 30PM

Hybrid : 1 day / week, in office on Thursday

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to automotive dealers and fleet customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails within quality standards.
  • Process Competitive Assistance Agreements in a timely manner.
  • Respond to dealer requests for competitive assistance.
  • Process vehicle bailment on a daily basis including credit and rebills.
  • Maintain, create and terminate Fleet Account Numbers in the Global FAN System.
  • Process vehicle logistics including special moves, reconsignments and diversions.
  • Provide order status and in-transit information, as well as vehicle locations for fleet customers.
  • Verify and pay manual claims including price protection / assurance
  • Weekly report distribution
  • Support National Sales Team as required.
  • This is a smaller team of 5 people. Similar to a call center. Invoicing, incentive codes, general dealer and customer questions. Looking for someone with a strong attention to detail- This person has to be bilingual. French!!!
  • Could be open to someone full time remote if not in area but fully bilingual
  • This individual will be working in a call center like environment. Taking inbound and making outbound calls. This individual should have a strong attention to detail, thorough in their work, have excel and Microsoft skills. Please ensure all submitted candidates are bilingual - French speaking.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • College degree or equivalent training preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience required.
  • Bilingual - French is preferred (Read and Write)
  • MS Office & Excel!
