Position : Office Administrator / Receptionist
Location : Vaughan, ON
Salary : $50,000 per year
Industry : Manufacturing / Receptionist / Administration
Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Oversee reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming. Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and refer inquiries as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sort, distribute, and prepare mail for delivery.
- Perform filing, clerical duties, and email / fax communications; maintain accurate records for Accounts Payable.
- Keep office extension lists updated; coordinate announcements and office events.
- Performs all other related administrative duties as assigned.
