We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and ongoing evolution of our digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive meaningful technological advancements.

This role is hybrid 2 to 3 times onsite in Guelph!

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the product lifecycle, from initial design and development to launch and continuous improvement.
• Implement and integrate advanced technologies, including cloud solutions, open-source frameworks, and Microsoft platforms, to optimize customer engagement and streamline operations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of customer-facing platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365, including making basic system adjustments such as updating fields, forms, and views.
• Provide first-level support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 by addressing user issues and performing routine system maintenance.
• Manage and configure mapping platforms, including tasks like layer management, map setup, and symbology adjustments.
• Handle first-level support for mapping platforms by resolving user access issues and conducting routine troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business partners and technology teams to develop a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
• Proven experience in product management, overseeing the full product development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including basic configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with mapping platforms and the ability to perform configuration tasks and resolve user issues.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and open-source frameworks.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and bug management.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
