Job Description
Medical Receptionist / Secretary (Full Time Position) for 3 sleep clinics.
Please only apply if you have the following skills :
Must have graduated from a recognized Medical Office program and have experience or 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist
Must have the ability to multitask in an extremely busy medical office.
Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detailed oriented and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in the use of computers including office software.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Booking of patient for sleep studies, consultations and follow up visits
Answering telephone calls and voicemails, screening calls and the ability to book the necessary appointments.
Reviewing incoming and outgoing faxes, sending emails, scanning documents, ensure patients have confirmed their appointments.
Data entry with attention to details
Greeting patients and checking personal data to ensure accuracy.
Interacting with the physicians and patients in a professional manner.
