Bilingual Medical Claims Administrator Remote
Our client in the insurance industry has an exciting open role for a skilled professional to join their fully remote team in Canada. This position offers an opportunity to support a fastpaced customerfocused team managing a high volume of interactions daily. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and administrative support.
What is in it for you :
Hourly salary of $20.22.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities :
Provide bilingual customer service support via telephone.
Assist Disability Case Managers with administrative tasks and followups.
Set up new claims maintain documentation and manage outstanding paperwork.
Conduct followups to ensure claims are complete and accurate.
Handle a high volume of client interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
What you will need to succeed :
High school diploma or GED required.
1 to 4 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple tasks work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
Eagerness to learn and adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities.
