About the Role
Please note that this is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in the office with the first 3 months of onboarding fully in the office. We are located at 210 W Broadway, Vancouver and our office hours are 9-5 pm.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team to ensure alignment with company goals.
Create and optimize team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop comprehensive development plans for each team member and enable them to grow
Ensure efficient marketing campaign development and execution.
Lead optimization strategies on top accounts, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
Build comprehensive optimization reports and provide insights and recommendations to surpass set goals.

The pay range for this role is :
140,000 - 180,000 CAD per year (Vancouver)
