We’re looking for a Publicity Coordinator who is passionate about digital storytelling, thrives on engagement, and understands the urgency of fast-moving social trends . If you love crafting compelling content, building online communities, and staying ahead of social media shifts—while also supporting publicity efforts—we’d love to hear from you!

Remote (Ontario-based preferred) | 4 hours / day | $30 / hour | Room to Grow

What You’ll Do :

Media Monitoring & Reporting

Track press coverage, social mentions, and influencer collaborations using media monitoring tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, or similar).
Compile media reports and analyze campaign performance across PR and social media.

Publicity & Outreach Support

Draft and send press releases, media pitches, and influencer outreach emails quickly and effectively.

Maintain and update media and influencer contact lists .

Coordinate interview requests, press opportunities, and influencer partnerships with urgency and efficiency.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.

Monitor engagement, respond to comments / messages in real time, and manage influencer collaborations.

Assist in developing fast-moving social media and influencer campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.

Hourly Rate : 30.00

Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field 🔹 2–4 years of experience in PR, media relations, or social media (agency or in-house) 🔹 Familiarity with media monitoring tools like Meltwater, Cision, or similar 🔹 Strong writing skills for press releases, media pitches, and social copy 🔹 Passion for theatre, arts, and culture is a strong asset 🔹 Bilingual in French is a plus but not required 🔹 Works quickly, understands urgency, and adapts fast to changing priorities 🔹 Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently 🔹 Looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic agency
