What will you do in this job?

• Adhering to all safety and operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring that each customer interaction is friendly and professional
• Advising of any potentially dangerous mechanical or operational hazards
• Familiar with operational and emergency policies and procedures
• Maintain orderly traffic conditions in the terminals
• Ensuring that the terminal and staff room are kept orderly and well maintained
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of gondolas
• Assisting in lift maintenance as required

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Strong customer service skills
• Standing for majority of your shift
• Pushing/Lifting up to 50lbs
• Demands physical activity for the entire work day
• Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines
• Lift operations experience an asset
• First Aid Training and Driver’s license an asset
