Mission du poste

Le Release Train Engineer (RTE) sera responsable de la gestion et de la coordination des équipes agiles au sein du domaine de la criminalité financière de l'institution. Vous serez chargé(e) d’assurer la mise en œuvre et le bon fonctionnement des processus SAFe au sein du train de livraison (ART - Agile Release Train), en facilitant la planification, l'exécution et la livraison des incréments de valeur.

Responsabilités principales

Coordination et facilitation : Assurer l'animation et l'optimisation des cérémonies SAFe, telles que les Program Increment (PI) Planning, les Inspect & Adapt (I&A) et les System Demos.
Gestion du Train de Livraison Agile (ART) : Coordonner les équipes agiles et veiller à l’alignement des priorités avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.
Suivi de la performance : Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) du train, identifier les obstacles et travailler avec les équipes pour les résoudre.
Communication et collaboration : Servir de point de contact principal entre les parties prenantes, les équipes et les différents niveaux de l’organisation pour garantir une communication fluide.
Amélioration continue : Encourager une culture d’amélioration continue au sein du train en mettant en place des pratiques adaptées à SAFe et en guidant les équipes dans l’adoption des meilleures pratiques agiles.
Gestion des risques et des dépendances : Identifier, suivre et gérer les risques et les dépendances entre les équipes et les ARTs.

Profil recherché

Expérience en gestion de projets en mode agile, avec une solide compréhension de SAFe.

Expérience préalable en tant que Release Train Engineer ou dans un rôle de gestion agile à grande échelle.

Excellentes compétences en communication et en facilitation, avec la capacité de motiver et d'inspirer les équipes.

Solides compétences organisationnelles, avec une capacité à gérer plusieurs initiatives simultanément.

Certification SAFe RTE (ou équivalent) fortement souhaitée.

Expérience avec des outils de gestion agile (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Qualités requises

Leadership et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Esprit d’analyse et aptitude à résoudre des problèmes.

Capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques tout en restant pragmatique.

Sens de l’écoute et aptitude à fédérer autour d’objectifs communs.

Autres compétences et éléments requis

Connaissance de Jira + suite Atlassian, X-Ray, Easy BI, Power BI et outils bureautiques MS Office.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à travailler sous pression.

Habiletés relationnelles et démonstration d’un leadership informel.

Rigueur dans l’exécution des tâches et des communications.

Bilinguisme (parlé / écrit) en français et en anglais.

Présence au bureau au centre-ville de Montréal 2-3 jours par semaine.
