What You’ll Bring :
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enrolment management, admissions, or a related field, with demonstrated success leading enrolment strategies in complex, competitive environments. Experience in independent schools is strongly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related discipline; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams, inspiring collaboration, and fostering a positive, mission-driven culture combined with the proven ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment, enrolment, and retention strategies tailored to diverse domestic and international markets
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with families, agents, alumni, and community partners.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using enrolment management software and analytics to inform strategy and decision-making coupled with experience managing budgets, financial aid, and scholarships, with an understanding of how to align these processes with institutional goals.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and effectively communicate the value of independent school education.
- Familiarity with international recruitment, including working with education agents and representing an institution at fairs and other events with the ability to travel both domestically and internationally for recruitment purposes (up to 10 weeks annually).
- A commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the admissions process and school community.
