As a department manager, you will have to : perform various management activities within your department; define objectives and clearly communicate expectations to your team while providing feedback for continuous improvement and coaching them to achieve results; ensure the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness; apply and respect the budgets related to his department.
