Your Role : Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for building and executing a powerful marketing vision. Youll create high-impact content, strengthen our brand, and optimize performance to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation : Produce compelling content for our digital channels (articles, videos, campaigns).
  • Campaign Optimization : Lead and improve digital initiatives, including SEO
  • Performance Analysis : Use modern tools to track, evaluate, and optimize marketing results and lead generation (Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Global Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Civalgos growth objectives.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Support, Tech / IT teams and external freelancers to ensure consistency and efficiency across marketing actions.

What Were Looking For

Experience

  • 35 years of experience in SaaS or digital marketing with proven results.

    • Skills

  • Strong command of analytical tools, CRM (HubSpot)
  • Ability to produce engaging, audience-specific content.
  • Curious mindset, autonomy, and strong collaboration skills.

    • Languages

  • Fluent English is required (spoken and written).

    • Our clients and growth markets are international, so you must be comfortable working and communicating daily in English.

  • French is a strong asset.

    Ton rle : Responsable Marketing

    En tant que Responsable Marketing, tu seras un leader stratgique cl, responsable de btir et dexcuter une vision marketing forte. Tu creras du contenu fort impact, renforceras notre marque et optimiseras nos performances pour soutenir notre croissance rapide.

    Principales responsabilits

  • Cration de contenu : Produire du contenu percutant pour nos canaux digitaux (articles, vidos, campagnes).
  • Optimisation des campagnes : Piloter et amliorer les initiatives digitales, incluant le SEO.
  • Analyse de performance : Utiliser des outils modernes pour suivre, valuer et optimiser les rsultats marketing et la gnration de leads (Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Stratgie marketing globale : Dvelopper et mettre en uvre une stratgie marketing intgre, aligne sur les objectifs de croissance de Civalgo.
  • Collaboration stratgique : Travailler troitement avec les quipes Ventes, Support, Tech / IT et les freelances externes pour assurer la cohrence et lefficacit des actions marketing.

    • Ce que nous recherchons

    Exprience

  • 3 5 ans dexprience en marketing SaaS ou digital avec des rsultats prouvs.

    • Comptences

  • Bonne matrise des outils analytiques et dun CRM (HubSpot).
  • Capacit produire du contenu engageant, adapt diffrents publics.
  • Curiosit, autonomie et esprit collaboratif.

    • Langues

  • Matrise de langlais obligatoire (oral et crit).

    • Nos clients et nos marchs sont internationaux, donc tu dois tre laise de travailler et communiquer en anglais au quotidien.

  • Le franais est un atout important.
