Who we're looking for :

Rogers is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Network Optimization program. This individual will be responsible for supporting optimization activities across all Network sites and maintaining the tracking / reporting. They will be responsible for working with all Platform Engineering, Equipment Engineering and Network Implementation Teams to identify opportunities to recycle space and power. Reporting to a Sr. Manager of Network Integration and Optimization, this individual will have the following responsibilities :

This role is Full time Temporary for 12 months .

Who we're looking for :

• Coordinate and manage the planning, implementation and execution of Projects and Operational initiatives on the Wireless, Wireline and IT Networks.
• Engage Engineering & Planning Teams to identify opportunities for optimization within network sites.
• Identify existing Engineering projects and track tasks related to re-claiming space and power across network sites.
• Track network migrations and service clean-up required to support optimization activities.
• Work with Equipment Engineering and Network Implementation to ensure end to end completion of all projects.
• Handle multiple projects / tasks in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ensure all tracking and reporting is kept up to date and communicate Project / Program Status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Work Order / Work Tickets implementation with Engineering and Operations groups / primes
• Use multiple tools like Remedy & Gemini to manage submission and follow-up of Network Change Tickets.
• Budget management to validate internal and external costs.
