Job Skills / Requirements
Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, as a Business Automation Specialist , you'll be a driving force behind automating our business processes and enhancing efficiency. You'll blend creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to plan and implement digital automation solutions. Key to your success will be investigating and analyzing existing processes brought forward by the business, then designing, developing, and deploying automations to streamline operations and improve productivity.

A DAY IN THE LIFE :
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to document current processes and devise methods for efficient automation.
- Proactively identify sources of inefficiency and develop strategies to address them through automation.
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Create and deliver effective documentation, including process maps, and technical specifications to be shared with the wider IT team and used as the basis for user guides as necessary.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
- Create feedback mechanisms to monitor the status and efficacy of all created automations.
- Maintain detailed records of automations, including progress reports and lessons learned.
- Perform other responsibilities as required to meet organizational requirements.

Salary : $80,000 to $100,000 annually
