Manage marketing budgets for the company. Duties involve financial budgeting (40%), reporting and analysis (30%), and invoicing (30%). You will forecast spend, handle month-end accruals, and present financial health to management. Requires a Commerce/BBA degree, 1-3 years experience, and MS Excel, Access, and SQL proficiency. This is a hybrid role (4 days/week) in Richmond Hill.

Responsibilities
This role involves financial budgeting, reporting, and invoicing. Duties include consolidating forecasts, participating in budget planning, and managing vendor spend. Additionally, you will submit month-end accruals, report expense variances, and ensure proper invoice GL coding.
Qualifications
Requires a Commerce or BBA degree and 1-3 years of experience. Candidates need strong financial acumen, quantitative skills, and proficiency in Excel, Access, SQL, and Brio. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and complex data manipulation abilities are essential.
