Communicate effectively with owners, kitchen staff, office teams, and seasonal employees. Maintain high standards for food, beverage, and service quality. Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory , ensuring efficiency and cost control. Drive overall business performance by collaborating across departments, ensuring all initiatives align with company goals. Ensure quality assurance , developing SOPs to maintain the highest food and beverage standards. Lead marketing efforts , collaborating on promotions, events, and annual marketing plans. Manage purchasing and financial performance , working with suppliers to bring in new products while maintaining cost efficiency. Engage and develop staff , fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Oversee menu research and development , working closely with the chef to introduce innovative offerings. Plan for growth , analyzing systems for operational efficiency, tracking KPIs, and setting financial goals. Down-to-earth, relatable, and high-energy. You connect with people and inspire teams.
