We are seeking a technically skilled and operationally-minded IT Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role supports our East and West teams with infrastructure, cloud services, DevOps practices, and internal system management. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to strategic IT development, enhance internal efficiencies, and deliver hands-on support with a strong understanding of security, automation, and AI tools. This position requires in-person availability in Fredericton and a willingness to support business continuity and user experience in a high-impact role.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage cloud environments, network configurations, and user accounts
• Resolve urgent tickets and blockers swiftly, maintaining system continuity for mission-critical operations
• Support the north American and European operational teams with independent troubleshooting and execution
• Contribute to process standardization and documentation of IT infrastructure and workflows
• Monitor security systems, assist in patching, access control, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to support active development environments (DevOps)
• Deliver training and support to team members on systems, tools, and best practices
• Stay informed on evolving tools and platforms, particularly AI integration and automation opportunities
• Assist in IT procurement, asset and license management, and vendor liaison for technology assets
• Support unified processes and help reduce redundancies across locations and platforms
