Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry knowledge and advancements.

Position Description
- Oversee all aspects of flexographic and digital print solutions press operations.
- Lead press installations and custom press setups, ensuring efficient and effective implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external clients, and vendors to deliver high-quality print solutions on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve any press-related issues or challenges.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize press performance and productivity.
- Stay current with industry trends, training, and technical advancements to enhance knowledge and skills.
