Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in programming CNC machines, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting broader manufacturing engineering projects. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • CNC Programming :
  • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for various manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure programs are accurate, efficient, and aligned with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with machinists and operators to troubleshoot and refine CNC operations.
  • Continuous Improvement :
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead or support initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve safety.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance metrics and report on progress.
  • Manufacturing Engineering :
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of new products or processes.
  • Assist in the design and procurement of tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Provide technical support and training to the production team.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of CAD / CAM software including mastercam, and machining processes.
  • Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
